Graphite Powder Making Machine
With the development of the ore industry, the excavation of graphite ore is more and more abundant, its use is extremely extensive, almost every industry will be used. The hardness of graphite ore is generally hard or soft, the grade is generally between 2% ~ 10%, the crushing process is relatively simple, often using three open, two open, a broken process or flotation process.
To weathering mine mainly small and medium-sized ore, can be directly crushed into the vertical Ultrafine Mill. The general flotation process is generally multi-segment grinding, multi-segment sorting, mining order (or focus) to return to the closed circuit. Multi-stage process has three forms, namely, concentrate refinishing, mine re-grinding and tailings regrinding. Crystal graphite and more use of concentrate regrinding process, dressing recovery under normal circumstances up to about 80%. Some mines have also tried medium reground process, but the effect is not obvious. Some small factories also have open or semi-open flotation process, due to discard the tailings point too much. Beneficiation recovery rate is very low, generally only 40% to 50%.
Based on the above crushed graphite ore, we have done a profound study and analysis of graphite crushing equipment commonly used in crushing equipment classified as: Raymond mill, high-pressure suspension mill, high pressure powder mill and super Fine mill and so on. Based on the unique properties of graphite ores and the commonly used beneficiation methods, we have made investigations and studies on graphite ores from rough grinding to fine grinding to ultra-fine grinding integrated equipment. The investment cost is less efficient, the operation is safe and reliable, the energy saving and environmental protection!
